What to expect from your appointment
Adult First Time Appointment - For your appointment we recommend wearing some comfortable loose-fitting clothes (tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt). Your first appointment will consist of history taking, an assessment of posture and movement. Then if you are happy to proceed the treatment takes place. This appointment is booked in a fourty five minute slot and can take between 30 - 45 minutes.
Child/Under 18 First Time Appointment - We recommend some comfortable loose-fitting clothes. The appointment will consist of history taking, an assessment and if all parties are happy to proceed the treatment will ensue. This appointment is booked in for a fourty five minute slot and can take between 30 - 45 minutes.
Return Appointments - Return appointments usually take between 5 - 15 minutes, however if we expect you need a longer appointment time, we will do our best to let you know beforehand.
